That is the goal. Though programming does pose limitations. For example, players are at a nearby abandoned facility (that is "haunted"); the players get out, expect for one to stand-guard, to investigate. Well, that one guarding Mech somehow get's possessed, forcing the players on foot into the facility...
Easy to run as a GM at the table, but difficult to apply in a computer environment, then on a massive scale. Though this is possible, not impossible.
